Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 7 days free with everything included. No card needed to start.

I used UGC Suite: where is my account?

Right where you left it. UGC Suite is now Cadant: same company, same account, same data. Sign in at cadant.app with your usual email. On iPhone, the app updates to Cadant on its own.

Can I use it on the web and my iPhone?

Yes. One account works on both, so your deals, invoices and money are the same wherever you sign in.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, cancel in billing settings inside Cadant.

Can I get a refund?

There is a standard 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Ask through Help within 14 days of your purchase and we will start it. Subscriptions bought through the iOS App Store are refunded by Apple, not by us.

How do I delete my account?

Delete it from Settings in the app, or email support@cadant.app and ask us to delete it.
