Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple bills you and only Apple can change it. On your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then choose Cadant. You can also open your Apple subscriptions. Apple explains the steps in its help article.

If you subscribed on the web, go to Settings → Billing in the web app.

How do refunds work?

There is a standard 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. Outside that window, and except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Ask through Help within 14 days of your purchase and we will start it.

Subscriptions bought through the iOS App Store are refunded by Apple, not by us. You can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I restore my purchase?

On the subscription screen in the app, tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How much does Cadant cost?

In the App Store, Cadant is $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year (Save 17%). Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. On the web, prices are shown at checkout.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We will send you a link to set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. On the web, it is in the same place under Settings. The data deletion page explains what is removed and what is kept.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Download your data, in the app or on the web. You get a zip file of your account data.

I used UGC Suite. Where’s my account?

Cadant is the new name for the same app. You have the same account and the same sign-in, and all of your data is still there. Update the app from the App Store and sign in with the same email.
